The 2016 Swarthmore Farmers Market can be found at 121 Park Avenue in Central Park directly next to Swarthmore Borough Hall, Saturdays 9:30am to 1:30pm from May 13th to December 2nd.

Come join us, and plan to stay awhile to enjoy all our wonderful atmosphere, offerings and entertainment.

Many of our returning vendors are back this year, along with a new Certified Naturally Grown farmer from Pottstown, an incredible water ice vendor and a natural ice pop maker, a french pastry baker, a local maple syrup maker, an African food artisan, a sustainable coffee roaster, a chocolatier, a sustainable meat vendor, an herbal tea grower, a craft brewery, a pierogie maker, an alpaca wool farmer/seller, and others. We will have food trucks many weeks, along with wonderful creations and performances from local artists, craftspeople, and musicians, and kids activities! We will have chef demos and tastings (yum) and lots of healthy activities and tables hosted by some wonderful community and nonprofit organizations.

We host a variety of vendors that sell fresh, locally grown food as well as homemade items sourced from local ingredients.

Offerings you can expect... fruits and vegetables, including mushrooms, meat and eggs, baked goods, coffee, wine, honey and beeswax products, iced delights, and prepared foods like soups, sauces, preserves, pickles, and other culinary wonders.
